Kathmandu, February 20
While the government is preparing to table the MCC in the parliament, six different communist parties have been staging protests against the MCC in the capital.
The ruling alliance has been largely divided regarding the issue.
So far, the main opposition party, the CPN-UML, has not commented on the agreement.
Protesters are planning to hold a protest rally from Maitighar to New Baneshwor and picket the Federal Parliament building.
