A writ petition regarding the dissolution of the House of Representatives is scheduled to be filed. Following the hearing, the Supreme Court set a date for the verdict today.
After the completion of the hearing, the constitutional bench of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabara, Senior Justice Deepak Kumar Karki, Meera Khadka, Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada and Dr Ananda Mohan Bhattarai has fixed the date for hearing today.
Earlier, after the writ petitioner’s reply on the issue of dissolution of the House of Representatives was debated, it was debated on behalf of Amicus Curiae, an aide of the court.
