Pakistan Supports Parks Renovation in Nepal

Kathmandu, June 27 :

In a significant gesture of friendship and cooperation between Pakistan and Nepal,  renovated children’s park was formally inaugurated with support from the Pakistan Embassy in Kathmandu.

 

The inauguration ceremony was graced by Mr. Miththa Ram Adhikari, Mayor of Budhanilkantha Municipality, who expressed deep gratitude to the Embassy of Pakistan for its generous assistance in developing recreational spaces for children and families in the area. Mayor Adhikari also handed over a token of love to representatives of the Pakistani side in appreciation of their continued support.

 

Speaking at the event, HE Mr. Abrar H Hashmi, a representative of the Pakistan Embassy, expressed his happiness in being able to contribute to a space that fosters joy and community well-being. “We are always glad to support our Nepali friends and provide something meaningful to their neighborhoods,” he said.

 

The ceremony also included thanks to all partner organizations and individuals who contributed to the renovation of the parks. These green spaces are expected to serve as safe and enjoyable recreational zones for children and families, strengthening people-to-people ties between the two nations.
